Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

Currency: All amounts are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Bank Transfer: Payments must be made to the bank account details provided. Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within 5 business days of receipt.

Cancellations/Refunds: Once services have been rendered or goods delivered, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless agreed upon.

Ownership of Work: Ownership of delivered work remains with GOOD BOOKS Co until full payment has been received.

Liability: GOOD BOOKS Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to services or goods provided.
